Great customer service! I was only looking for homeowners insurance, however after talking with Jade I made the decision also to change my auto insurance. She was very helpful on helping me select the correct coverage for both insurance. Communication was great, she was very responsive to all the questions and decided that i was going with Unity One Insurance instead of other insurance provider.

I've had Chris and Unity One provide me with my General Liability and Commercial Auto insurance since 2010. Chris has always been very responsive to all my requests and I know that any policy quote or change was no more than a single email from being completed. The rates are outstanding and he always provides me with a couple options to choose from. In addition to providing coverage, he has been instrumental in assisting me protect my business by giving valuable insight and knowledge on the world of insurance works and making sure that I'm making responsible decisions. Been with Unity One for 10 years +. Chris is always easy to reach and always seems to remember who you are. That's important! I think insurance rates are going to be pretty close across the board but finding the one that's right for you is when customer service really comes into play.You can walk into his office 3 years from now and he'll call you by name and have your info ready before you sit down.
